Returns Guide

Garden Bravery offers free returns in the US within 20 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached for a full refund.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items nor gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You can expect the refund within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you!

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want without making an additional payment is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you want the item sooner than the typical return process (up to 10 days), simply purchase the item again and track the return process for receipt of payment for the returned item.
